About PASST About PASST

At PASST, the philosophy is centred on empowering clients to take an active role in their own healing journey. I believe in offering a collaborative therapeutic experience where clients feel safe, supported, and free from judgement as they explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. The aim is to help individuals and families improve their overall well-being by providing a holistic approach to therapy that addresses emotional, behavioural, and mental health difficulties. PASST is owned and run by qualified child and adolescent psychotherapist, psychomotor therapist and EMDR therapist, Nadja Julia Rolli.

Therapeutic Approach

My approach to therapy involves not only talking therapy but also body awareness and symbolism (Carl Jung) to help clients explore their thoughts and emotions. I specialise in Child Psychotherapy and integrate Play Therapy, Sand play Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and EDMR into the clinical process. My therapeutic approach is tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each client, with the aim of helping them develop a greater sense of self-awareness, self-compassion, and resilience.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), EMDR Europe, as well as is a Board member of the Child Psychotherapy Council (CPC).
